Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY TIMES

We prepare and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days after receiving the order payment (except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). You will be notified by email of your order shipment as well as its tracking number.

DELIVERY COSTS*

METROPOLITAN FRANCE

  • Lettre suivie: free delivery on orders over €150, and €6 for orders below. Indicative time: 2 to 3 business days after shipping.
  • Colissimo: free delivery on orders over €200, and €8 for orders below. Indicative time: 2 to 3 business days after shipping.
  • Chronopost: €20. Indicative time: by 1 pm shipping will occur the following workday (or the day after for some of the coastline islands).

OVERSEAS

  • Colissimo: free delivery on orders over €300 (or €350 depending on countries), and €15 (or €22) for orders below. Indicative time: 5 to 12 business days after shipping.

MONACO

  • Lettre suivie: free delivery on orders over €150, and €6 for orders below. Indicative time: 2 to 3 business days after shipping.
  • Chronopost: €20. Indicative time: by 1 pm shipping will occur the following workday.

EUROPE

  • Colissimo: free delivery on orders over €250 (or €300 depending on countries), and €12 (or €15) for orders below. Indicative time: 2 to 7 business days after shipping.
  • DHL Express: within €18 and €30 depending on countries. Indicative time: 1 to 3 business days after shipping.

REST OF THE WORLD

  • Colissimo: free delivery on orders over €350, depending on countries, and €25 for orders below. Indicative time: 5 to 12 business days after shipping.
  • DHL Express: within €35 and €45 depending on countries. Indicative time: 2 to 6 business days after shipping.

*Prices including taxes for deliveries within the European Union, prices excluding taxes otherwise.

CUSTOM FEES

For any delivery outside the European Union, products as well as shipping costs are billed without taxes. Custom fees may apply and are at the client's expense.

RETURNS

You can return the product(s) that would not fit up to 15 days after you received your parcel.

CREDIT SLIP OR REIMBURSEMENT

We offer 2 ways to get repaid for the returned order: a credit slip or a reimbursement.

Once we have received your parcel, you will receive an e-mail to confirm either the credit slip issue or the acceptance of reimbursement.

Upon receiving the confirmation e-mail:

  • Your credit slip will immediately be available in your Account, in the “Vouchers” part. For a new size, another color or reference, you will be able to make a new order, shipping costs will be offered for deliveries to Metropolitan France and Monaco. To use your credit slip, you will just have to enter its code in “Vouchers” inset in your cart. Your credit slip will be valid for 3 months.
  • You will receive the reimbursement on the bank account used for the payment within 5 to 10 business days.

PROCEDURE

Connect yourself to your Account. In « Orders » part, select the involved order, then select the product(s) you would like to return. Click on “Make a return” and follow instructions.

CONDITIONS

We will only accept returned items in perfect conditions and in the original packaging. Any returned parcel will have to contain the return slip received in the e-mail confirming the return acceptance.

COSTS

The return costs are at your expense.

If the product(s) you have received is different from the one you ordered or if it has been received damaged, the return costs will be at our expense. Please contact us at bonjour@statice.fr.
